A delightfully herbaceous fruit syrup made by macerating peaches with organic fair trade pure cane sugar. This process breaks down the cell walls of the peaches to bring out even more robust and intense flavors. The liquid is then infused with organic ginger and Certified Naturally Grown basil from our garden. This is a concentrated syrup that is used to make cocktails or mocktails.

2 oz Whiskey, Scotch or Vodka
1 oz Peach Shrub Syrup (2 oz if you want it sweeter/stronger)
6 oz Club Soda

Mocktail Recipe:

8-12 oz of your beverage of choice. We like to do club soda, or kombucha or your favorite bubbly beverage.
