Shrub Beverage Concentrate - Peach Ginger Basil
A delightfully herbaceous fruit syrup made by macerating peaches with organic fair trade pure cane sugar. This process breaks down the cell walls of the peaches to bring out even more robust and intense flavors, and allows for more bioavailability of nutrients! The liquid is then infused with organic ginger and basil. We then add just enough non-GMO citric acid to make it shelf stable and extend the life. This is a concentrated syrup that is used to make cocktails or mocktails.

Cocktail Recipe:
2 oz Whiskey, Scotch or Vodka
1 oz Peach Shrub Syrup (2 oz if you want it sweeter/stronger)
6 oz Carbonated Water
Mocktail Recipe:
2 oz Peach Shrub Syrup
8-12 oz of your beverage of choice. We like to do carbonated water, or kombucha…or any favorite bubbly beverage.
