If you are switching from regular store bought shampoo to this for the first time, the first 1-2 weeks of use, your hair might seem oily by the end of the day, due to your scalp being used to overproducing it’s natural oils (especially if you were using a shampoo that was “for oily scalps/hair”, as they harm your scalp even more). If this bothers you, I recommending shampooing every day for the first 1-2 weeks, until your scalp regulates, and starts producing the proper amount of natural oils. After this regulation period, you won’t need to wash your hair nearly as much as you have been your entire life! Depending upon your hair type, it is healthiest to wash your hair between 1-3 times a week. Coarser hair 1-2 times, finer hair 3 times a week or every other day.

If you have thinning hair, a bald spot, etc., you might find your hair growing back after switching to this shampoo! All those chemicals in most brands actually clog your hair follicles, causing hair to stop growing.
