Fire Cider - Original, and Hibiscus Ginger

Fire Cider - Original, and Hibiscus Ginger
Our Fire Cider is crafted to support everyday wellness with a bold blend of traditionally used ingredients known for supporting digestion, circulation, healthy inflammatory response, immune health, and overall vitality.
Fire ciders and similar herbal vinegar tonics have been used in various forms across cultures for centuries. Our two original recipes — Original and Hibiscus Ginger — were developed through extensive education, research, and hands-on study with respected experts in natural foods, herbal traditions, and fermentation.
Both are made with high-quality ingredients, including raw apple cider vinegar, raw honey, lemon juice, ginger, horseradish, garlic, onion, turmeric, black pepper, and habaneros. We prioritize certified organic ingredients whenever possible, which ends up being nearly all of them.
Our Hibiscus Ginger variety includes extra ginger and hibiscus flowers for added depth, additional antioxidant-rich botanicals, and digestive support.

The term “Fire Cider” was coined by Rosemary Gladstar in the 1970s while teaching her herbalism students, and the tradition has since inspired countless herbalists to create their own versions.
In 2016, we developed our original Fire Cider recipe by combining extensive knowledge of herbal traditions with a strong culinary foundation. The result is a potent, functional tonic that is not only deeply supportive, but genuinely delicious — so much so that it has even been used in restaurants as a base for salad dressings!
The Hibiscus Ginger blend is not recommended if you have hypotension (dangerously low blood pressure), are pregnant or on birth control, or have another condition that thins the blood.
